Illustrations are normally sent by return as an email attachment. Application Forms Please download from here the relevant Application Form(s) for a Children's Celebration Bond (Regular Premium), Children's Celebration Bond (Single Premium) or Adult Savings Plan (Regular Premium). You will also need a Standing Order Form if applying for a regular premium contract. Agency Application An Agency will be set up with Compass Friendly Society on submission of the first policy Application. We require you to complete and return a simple Agency Application Form.
